PREVIEW BUILDThis is an early work-in-progress preview of the Project: Farspan site — nothing here is final, and it is not the finished product.

// Vera Colonial Administration · Public Beacon

Vera is a young colony,
a long way from anywhere.

A new settlement at the far edge of human-occupied space, still working out how it wants to be run. Soon you will be able to register as a citizen and live it through the Colonial Network.

// THE COLONY

A world that had to become its own.

Vera is a super-Earth on the far frontier of human-occupied space — reachable only by warp gate, so far out that time itself bends on the way. Cut off from the rhythms of older worlds, the first colonists had to decide for themselves how a society should work. Forty years on, they have.

// THE COLONIAL NETWORK

Everything runs on the CN.

Government offices, banks, employers, the newswire, your neighbours — all of it lives on the Colonial Network. It reaches all the way back to Earth, though a message there and home again is measured in a great deal more than seconds.

// SPACE OPERATING SYSTEM

You meet Vera through SOS.

The Space Operating System — MacroSol's colonial port of the interface humanity carried from Earth. Familiar enough to feel like home. Strange enough to remind you how far from it you are.

// CITIZENSHIP

To live here is to be on the record.

The Vera Colonial Administration issues your colonial ID. The First Galactic Bank keeps your accounts in VEC — the colony's own hard currency. From there, the rest is yours: work, trade, build, or simply watch the colony take shape.

// THE DOORS ARE OPENING

Vera is opening its doors.

The founding work is done — the institutions stand, the network hums, the currency holds. For the first time, Vera is opening to arrivals who were never part of the original effort. Registration opens soon. Come in early, and you'll help decide what the colony becomes next.
